Introduction
Cheesy rice Recipe dish is one of my favorite dishes because it goes well with every meal. You can prepare it at home right now. This is a favorite of both children and adults, and they ask for it again and again. I often use up the cheese I have lying around at home. And so the best way to do that is to use up the cheese bags that are just used.
Taste: cheesy and quite delicious. Butter or good-quality oil available at home adds the perfect savory and salty flavor to fried chicken and papdi.
Simple things in one pan: It is made from common household items like rice, butter or ghee, onions, chicken broth, milk, and cheese, etc.
Changes: It has fibrous thin chicken and chopped broccoli florets. You can add peas here.
Sharp cheddar is also a good choice for the taste. You can also use black pepper to enhance the flavor. What I like most about this dish is that it is quite easy to make. There is no room for error in this; be sure to make it at home and try it out and customize it to your liking.

| Parsley or spring onions | 1 tbsp, chopped | For garnish |
| Step | Instructions |
| 1 | Rinse rice under cold water and drain. |
| 2 | Take butter or ghee in a pot and melt it on medium flame, and fry the onion and garlic in it until soft. |
| 3 | Now add the rice and keep stirring for a minute or two, for taste. |
| 4 | Now put in water, add salt and pepper, and boil it well. |
| 5 | Now reduce the heat to low and cover the pan for 15 to 20 minutes and simmer until the rice is cooked. |
| 6 | Now turn off the heat and continue stirring until the cream and cheese are completely melted and creamy. |
| 7 | Garnish with chopped parsley or spring onions. Serve hot. |
